Recent Activity presents “Rumour Glue”, a new exhibition by Oona Wilkinson.
Rumour Glue presents an installation of new works that extends Wilkinson’s inquiry into the anonymous inherited furniture of rented accommodation, gesture and the increasing difficulty of placing ourselves in space and time. Weaving together multiple references to the conditions of shared space and how it informs our relationships to the filtering and re-remembering of personal archives.
Oona Wilkinson lives and works in London. She has a BFA from The Glasgow School of Art (2017) and was a resident of Conditions Studio Programme (2022). Her work has been included in recent exhibitions at Platform Southwark (London), Conditions (Croydon), O’Flaherty’s (New York), Cafe Otto (London), Las Palmas (Lisbon).
